f both sides are different in colour (one greenish or yellow-green, underneath more or less white) and with soralia : Evernia prunastri
if both sides are different in colour but with Isidia and underneath getting greyish to black: Pseudevernia furfuracea,

if both sides are with the same colours and structures: Ramalina spec.
